The names of the Foundation's Charter Members will be memorialized on this website and on a plaque located in the Virginia Beach Court House.
Charter Members have made a $1,000 single contribution prior to December 31, 2008. Their contributions will count towards pledges to achieve Foundation Cabinet, Leadership Circle and President's Council recognition (see Benefactors):
